One Central Park to host
LEAD Programme
One Central Park is proud to be the host of PINNA’s 6th and final cohort of the LEAD Programme. Small Business Owners and Directors from across the region will attend sessions 2-3 times a month over 10 months.
LEAD is a development programme unlike anything else. It is unique in that it recognises that the development of the business leader is linked hand in hand with the growth of the business and it's been designed specifically with the entrepreneur in mind.
There are no academic books to read and it isn't an A to Z of leadership and management theory. Instead it's about practical support and inspiring and invigorating you as business leaders so you are able to grasp opportunities as they come along and deal with the challenges business brings with a positive approach.
